Celeriac and Apple Soup Recipe

- 1 medium celeriac, peeled and diced
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped (preferably tart variety)

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing until they're translucent.
