Mushroom and Celery Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cups celery, chopped
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions:
